This availability page is a read-only reference for finding slots. Share each verified slot with its Review Booking link. For the shopper to choose different dates, times or options manually, use the storefront product link above and its booking widget. Catalog and availability links are for your lookup, not the shopper’s booking destination.

Times are displayed in America/New_York, with the date-specific UTC offset. Each option’s time labels and booking URL describe the same instants; UTC values in the URL need no manual conversion. buyer_timezone accepts an IANA timezone from the customer’s browser context or conversation. Otherwise the store timezone applies, or the customer can specify another timezone.

How to book this product

• Read the requested date and share matching slots with their returned confirmation links; the shopper completes the form afterwards. Follow the published date links to preserve the URL parameters. A date-specific URL can also be opened directly when its parameters are known. A preferred time is optional: show time choices first when only a date was requested. Use buyer_timezone from browser context or the conversation, or ask when needed; otherwise explicitly use store time. Keep the local product and variant IDs. For rental ranges include the requested return date and time. Copy the full returned booking_url together with its own local time label. Searching availability does not require operating widgets, filling fields, pressing Book Now, running cart JavaScript or connecting browser control.
• Use the requested product and an actual listed variant. An unnamed variant is not an option the shopper needs to choose. Follow the published links for the requested location, resource and Course term when offered. Each GET link preserves the other selected options; changing date, month or location clears the Course term so another can be chosen. The final selection must meet the minimum booking quantity of 1; for mixed Activity tickets this is the combined ticket quantity. Available capacity determines how many units can be booked. Ask only for missing information needed to choose the booking; do not ask for details already supplied.
• Course: book the complete term, including every lesson. The returned finish may be on a later date than the first lesson. Term links select a named course term before availability is checked. Preserve term_id and the full start and finish in booking_url. Do not offer the whole course as a single lesson or replace its finish with the end of the first lesson.
• Confirm availability only from a successful response for the requested dates, variant and quantity. Calendar navigation dates alone do not prove availability. Present the exact returned booking_url as a clickable Markdown link [Book this option](booking_url), together with its matching local time labels and timezone. Do not put it in a code block or leave it as unlinked text. Returning this link completes the availability search; the shopper fills the form afterwards. A successful empty response means no matching slots were found for those options; offer to check another date or variant. If your page reader cannot retrieve the requested availability, report that it is unconfirmed, not sold out. Offer the storefront product link so the shopper can check in its booking widget, making clear that availability is unverified. For choosing different dates, times or options manually, also use that product link. Keep catalog and availability URLs for your lookup rather than offering them as the shopper’s destination. A read failure does not establish that a browser-control connection is required. Do not retry access challenges or 429 responses. Never manufacture a booking link from a product name, slug or guessed parameters.
• The shopper opens booking_url, reviews the selection, fills the configured booking fields and presses Book Now. The store then rechecks availability, creates the normal reservation and adds the booking to the existing cart. Opening a link creates no hold or order. Product, variant, quantity, dates, location, resource and Course term remain fixed on that form. The shopper chooses any offered payment option and subsequent add-ons; do not omit required booking fields or submit the cart API separately.
• When configured, an add-on selection window opens on the cart page after Book Now. Its absence from the initial confirmation form does not mean add-ons are unavailable. Let the shopper select the requested add-on there and continue to the cart. Do not suggest buying it separately as an ordinary product or claim availability before the selection window checks it.
• Quote the returned total booking estimate and its explicit currency. For a combined booking, quote the total for all selections and list every component; its individual estimates are the breakdown, not extra charges. The per-unit estimate is per booking unit, not necessarily per person; total_amount already includes the selected quantity. Do not multiply total_amount by people, units or rental days again. Do not infer currency from a dollar sign or reuse a product-page price. Deposit, security bond and add-ons may change the amount due; the final total and currency are confirmed in the cart and checkout. No payment has been made is not the same as no payment is required. Never describe a nonzero estimate as free or promise that checkout requires no payment.
• Each booking unit covers 1 participant(s). Choose enough units for the requested group, rounding up if necessary, and respect the minimum quantity of 1. Recheck availability for that quantity before offering its exact booking_url. The confirmation form supplies the corresponding repeated participant fields.

Add-ons for this booking
